As a RMS approved truck driving school, the Ezy way driving offers a truck driving courses for every type of Rigid licence, LR, MR and HR driving licence courses. We offer flexible LR Licence training, via several training pathways and time, including individual lessons, one-day course option, weekend training and assessment.

Light Rigid (LR ) Truck Licence.

Rigid vehicles with a GVM of more than 4.5 tonnes, but not more than 8 tonnes. Any towed trailer must not weigh more than 9 tonnes.

Vehicles up to 8 tonnes GVM which can carry more than 12 adults, including the driver.

To apply for a LR Truck Licence (Light Rigid) 

1-Requirements

A- Have held a class C licence, (except a learner licence) or equivalent for one year or more.

Any time you've spent on a P1 licence counts, but you can't practice to drive an LR vehicle, or upgrade to an LR licence until you hold a P2 or full class C licence

B- Pass the LR knowledge test

C- Pass an eyesight test.​

Please be advised, for training and assessment you must obtain your driving Licence and logbook which is required to record the training and assessing.

We do not recommend undertaking any Training until you have your log book with you as all training and assessment need to be recorded in your logbook.

Cancellation Policy

Please be advised , All booking fees are non- refundable when cancellation has not been received in writing 48 hours before commencement of course date. Also for 2 days courses non refund police apply when day second attendance is missed. you need to pay for new booking and complete the course.
